Don't trap yourself.
Dumping mine.
>>8492602
wanna be trap here, I'm pretty fem I would say, but I have one problem, I have somewhat wide shoulders, they're not giant, but they are wider than the average girl's shoulders, can I still pass if the rest of me is good?
>>8492761
look mom, I posted an ebic meme in a trap thread on the internet
>>8492762
lol every femboy/transgirl has man shoulders it really just depends on the scale of the man shoulders
never seen a single one that could match a cute cis girl in petiteness of shoulder
>>8492792
so I can still be a qt 3.14 trap with semi broad shoulders?
>>8492762
Yes three things to try is to get a tapered v look ...
Do lower body lifting like squats and lunges with weights to make your legs and ads bigger...
Google the vacuum pose it helps with the tapered v
Consider corset training

>semen
>turns into estrogen
what is this meme?
>>8492685
Getting a smol cuteboy body for gentle femdom is pointless as there are no straight females who want to be your ladynight. I say none but ot's something like 1 for every 1000 males who want them. It's an even bigger tournament than just trying to get a normal girl.
Good stretching for girly flexibility

if only this were true we wouldn't need silicon implants
>>8495534
be careful not to stretch too far, especially when you are growing.
you can get stretch marks.
>>8495571
Tfw got a bunch of stretch marks on my butt and thighs from before hormones even.. I do think they're kinda cute though

>>8496029
I have it I think, it's probably in the femgen resources link too. I'll post it when I find it (might be hours before I do)
Better one

>Stimulates release of sex hormones
Except that's only good if you're a cis woman.
>>8492740
Is this 100% true? Because I eat an apple or carrot just about ever day, if so then I guess that's a plus to them.
>>8505352
Sort of, but not really.
I'm assuming they're referring to things such as flavanones, which sometimes are a tiny bit estrogenic but flavanones are actually supposed to just be something that helps with breast cancer since they're aromatase inhibitors.
I've never heard of them being regarded as very estrogenic though, certainly only even fractions of what actual phytoestrogens are.
Also the numbers they gave are kind of meaningless anyway because each of the plants they listed has different phytoestrogens in them and each of those have different activities. So the numbers don't actually mean anything at all.

That's pretty much what I expected, though I'm sure every little bit in ones diet makes a difference. Was mostly just curious and wanted some input from a smart anon. Nice to know they prevent breast cancer too though I'm just trying to remain a fit twink not get cone tits. Thanks for the information anon.

Well you won't get boobs from phytoestrogens as long as you stay in the lower dosage ranges. They have a lot of good health effects as well and will help your skin and hair.
>>8505479
I guess that explains why my skin as been so clear then aside from also not eating shit, getting exercise, and actually showering again regularly since I'm not trapped in my house under 10 feet of snow.
Also I having nothing against girls with cone tits, I actually think they're kinda cute. Again thanks for sharing your knowledge anon.

Make sure you eat soy, or use soy isoflavone supplements, and take flax lignan supplements. That alone will probably mean you'll be one of the only men past 25 without any signs of male pattern baldness. (if you keep it as a daily routine)
Also fish oil every day, like as much as you can possibly withstand without giving gastrointestinal effects (too much oil will give you diarrhea lol). Many people take like 10g+/day of fish oil but there's really no actual limit, but do remember it adds to your daily calories (9cal per 1g)

>but do remember it adds to your daily calories (9cal per 1g)
I should be fine, I have a high metabolism and work out at least once a week and usually walk to the supper market a lot.
I was actually thinking about getting flax anyway now I'll add fish oil to my list then but I'll probably only stick to low amounts.
Well I'm pretty tired so I'll head to bed and see if this thread is still alive tomorrow. Thanks for the help infoanon.
