I'm honestly kind of confused. I've seen people told that they have dadbods on here before, but then I look at pictures of cis women and they pretty much have the same bodies, or worse. And then when I look at the actual measurements that these people have, I'm not sure how they could actually improve? I mean, I can see that technically they could be improved, but how skinny does a person have to be before it's kind of gross? What is actually the ideal body that a woman can have?
Skinny vs. thicc can also be discussed.

first of all modern beauty standards are absurd since photoshop
second, if you are trans you absolutely have to gain enough fat to cover your manly bones and gain female proportions, yet maintain it low enough to have thin waist - it's ll about the proportions like hip/waist ratio
cisssies can be skinny yet still have good proportions cayuse they obviously have smaller ribcage and wider pelvis
so eat well but dont forget butt exercise

I've never been able to gain weight the whole time I've been on estrogen? Are there sites that give you tips on how to gain, or weight gain supplements I can buy online?

The ideal body is an hourglass fat distribution with 36-23-36 measurements. This dates back from the 1940s and 50s time period.
