You're just 1 months on HRT. Changes in your face will occur in the next months. I had intense changes in my face during the first 6-8 months. Just wait. Your chin is actually pretty good imo. The distance between your lips and your nose could be smaller, but that can be achieved easily by using a lipliner. Your eye-makeup is okay, kinda nude look. Do not use a dark lipstick colour since it makes your lips appear smaller (you don't want that). Also do your eyebrows.. using a nice eyebrow pencil and brush (consider using eyebrow gel also) would also do a lot. Your nose is not the best feature of your face, but I don't have a beautiful nose neither... most people don't. Your nose shape may change, too, so just wait.

Good hairline, high quality hair (nice colour!), eyebrows are superb (you just need to shape them), full lips and great eyes. Your problem zone is your chin, but hormones sometimes fix that by a new fat distribution. Your wrinkly forehead - I see this on a lot of transgirls, who suffered from severe dysphoria - will even out after you get on HRT.
Personally I won't say that you need FFS to pass, but about 6-12 months HRT depending on your makeup skills and the effort you put into your look.

Your hairline is slightly receding, but that's not problem in your case (as soon as you get on HRT quickly!) and your forehead is kinda small anyway. You need to grow your hair out!
Your eyes are already big (will start to appear bigger on HRT!), nose is okay, lips are good, chin is very weak already. I think your chances are good. Starting HRT and growing out your hair are your top priorities. Also try no to kill yourself during. You are in a very difficult phase. But eventually you will turn out beautiful.
