Well, not sure there's much I can say that will really help since I'm not sure at all about how things are in Chonburi. So all of my advice will probably be useless.
Get permanent hair removal on your scrotum. Follicle scrapping works, but some hair can eventually regrow inside the labia and the opening of the vagina which won't be convenient to remove later. That's one downside compared to techniques derived from penile inversion.
You'll most likely have to go on a no residue diet for a while around surgery. Thai supermarkets carry pockets of fruit flavored jelly that work great for that.
Don't bother bringing anything but loose clothes. Cotton jersey isn't ideal, t-shirts will be really uncomfortable. Bring muslin blouses and skirts. Alternatively, get a salwar kameez or two if you're not fond of skirts. Great for that kind of climate.
If it's anything like me, you won't bleed much after surgery, which makes post-partum diapers or even thick pads overkill. Just have a couple packs of thin ones.
If you like tea, bring it with you. The Thai aren't tea drinkers and it's not easy to find good tea outside of the Jap shops in downtown Bangkok malls or the Chinese neighborhood.

Nah, hadn't found an electro place at the time and he advised against laser. Retrospectively, I should have gotten laser because the dermatologist I asked was nonplussed at working in there even though she said it can be done.

Healing was completely over in about three months. Outside at least. Sensitivity is still improving so I guess nerves are still healing.
