lose weight - can any anon confirm that this makes you more feminine?
wear light makeup (this is easy - try like concealer and foundation)
remove body hair and face hair (with laser if you want better results)

hormones don't work so quickly that you can't just cut yourself off if it gets too much. or you could just take anti-androgens. but you'd have to look into that shit yourself, I don't really recommend it unless your goal is to transition.

shape them? I don't understand what your asking, just look up some guides on youtube or something. have you never done your eyebrows before?

It might be one of the harder ones, but body language helps a lot.

Men's brows are usually thick with a low arch almost straight but have peaks almost like triangles or irregular trapeziums
just make sure you have a clearly defined arch and a sharp tapered tail and they will look feminine
