Anything tomato-based because I'm a beast at making Mediterranean dishes. My recent favorite is shakshouka, except I use sausage instead of lamb. It's extremely easy to do, tastes amazing, feeds five people, and for /fit/ people it has about a billion grams of protein. Pic related.

Sorry, was talking to my daddy on the phone. I'll just give you my recipe instead of copy-pasting from a website.

>1 onion
>1 can of peeled whole tomatoes (you can use regular tomatoes if you wish)
>3 cloves garlic
>1 package of whatever meat you want
>1/4th cup kalamata olives (pitted)
>1/4th cup artichoke hearts
>1/2 cup feta cheese
>6 eggs
>2 tbsp cumin
>2 tbsp parsley
>1 tbsp smoked paprika
>salt and pepper to taste

1. Get a skillet. Preferably stone, or something really large.
2. Cut up half an onion and dice it. Use a liberal amount of olive oil, heat the oil, then throw the onions in and let them cook.
3. Dice up the garlic. Once the onions have reduced and are kind of noodley, throw garlic in and stir for a minute.
4. Throw the meat in. If you cooked the meat separately, add it with the tomatoes
5. Reduce heat to medium, let the tomatoes reduce. Add your spices/olives/artichoke in now and mix it up.
6. After about five to eight minutes, crack your eggs one at a time, scoop away some of the mixture, and drop an egg into the hole.
7. Eyeball the eggs until they're cooked, then throw more parsley and your feta on top. Serve over bread from the skillet, or dip bread into skillet. Whatevs.

We cook for each other, but she's better at cooking than I am. I'm vegetarian while she is not. We've found recipes we can both eat and I try to make sure she gets all the meat she needs.
