I have the perfect armchair. Easy (if ill-advised) to balance a cup of coffee or tea on the arm, and I can tuck my feet up, sit crosslegged or lounge sideways in it (often leads to naps). Maximum comfy for reading, futzing around on the laptop or vidya (it's in front of a TV that's hooked up to my consoles and main rig).

usually my comfy moments involve me laying in bed and watching something on my phone or tablet or maybe reading a comic. If I was in a place with ac, It would be nice and chilly with the blinds drawn and a nice comfy blanket. Me and my 16 or so pillows.

Without getting into it too much, just know that like any other kind of depression and body issue they need to come to their own conclusions somehow. (ie they need to arrive at the same point you are trying to make on their own and have them think it was their idea for it to have an impact.) You being their partner they will always sort of think you are being overly kind or blinded by love and will be a bit dismissive about your praise.
The best thing you can do is get her out of the house and off 4 chan if she is on it. Get her to focus her mind on other things besides herself, even just getting her to focus on you will help. Dysphoria is a uphill battle from what I understand so be prepared for the possibility that it might be around for a while.
