the important thing is what estrogens you take, and estrodiol is the must have, the question is how you wanna take it. transdermal patches, injections, oral, sublingual, etc. - basically a matter of preference.

and then you'll want an anti-androgen, which, again, basically just comes down to preference and availability in your region. if you're in most places in the US it'll be oral spiro.

then you can supplement these things with additional types of estrogens, but the efficacy of these things is questionable and rarely necessary for good results. worry about that a year down the line if things aren't moving along quick enough despite good levels.

(cypro is probably best AA though, but it doesn't really matter so long as your testosterone stays down - I've been on spiro for years and it works just fine, my T levels are rarely above 5 ng/dL. though I've got weird genes on my side - spiro can mess with your blood pressure in a way that is beneficial to a lot of individuals medium term)

theoretically: A high enough dose of estrogen should be sufficient to surpress testosterone. Try 12mg intramuscular qweek for a couple months and then do a blood test to see if T is surpressed. increase E by 2mg and repeat process.

Practical: Nuke ur balls by taking high doses of cypro that u order online. after like 6 months you wont need it, just keep dosing est and doing blood tests
