I happen to be an expert on this cartoon, and Luna is most definitely bisexual. She was shown to have a crush on a male tutor in an earlier episode (funny enough, she also called a female teacher "smokin' hot" in the same episode).

It's weird, I really don't like to headcanon any of the Louds as LGBT but I think that's just because I'm playing along with the idea that it's normal for everyone to be cishet.
But I think it's plausible that at least one Loud is LGBT.
I don't really see him as trans but Lincoln is in a terrible place to be doubting his gender identity, between the pressure of being the only son and the fear that he's just been confused by growing up with his many sisters.

Different anon but I see it.
Yeah, Jimmy was more flamboyant and gender nonconforming. His only friend with a girl, he baked stuff, he had a soft voice and was dainty.
Edd was sensitive, but he was very interested in building machines. He was the type to keep to himself, stay in his room tinkering. Just kind of shut the rest of the world out and try not to introspect.
Both of his best friends were boys, he seemed to like girls even if he was really embarassed and afraid of those feelings.
And that could easily have been because when he got all hot and bothered he wanted to be a girl too.
