Theoretically phytoestrogens should give you many of the same mental effects as estrogen does. Phytoestrogens are SERMs so even though they might not be hugely estrogenic at your breasts and whatnot they can still exert mental effects if they happen to target those receptors high enough. Isoflavones supposedly change the way men interpret visual tasks and such I believe it was.
It might be worth looking into. The dosages you need are usually fairly high but phytoestrogens are pretty safe. Isoflavones actually help your liver, they're used to reverse fatty liver disease at dosages of 200mg/day or higher.
You'd need to actually order the chemicals themselves, not the herbs of course since you cannot physically eat that much plant material every single day. That's not particularly difficult or expensive to do these days of course.

There are also of course several research SERMs derived from phytoestrogens which also exert different effects than tamoxifen and raloxifene. Usually they're a lot healthier as well since often phytoestrogen derived SERMs do not require any sort of processing by your liver. Currently tamoxifen and ralox have a black box warning that they cause early death in menopausal women hence why SERMs aren't typically recommended unless you're at risk for breast cancer.

I used a disposable razor like, freshman year when I first had enough hair on my legs to shave em and it really fucked them up.
