I'm almost 30, and have realized that my depression is because of dysphoria from my masculine body.
I know that I'm too late to start HRT, and become qt femboy.

I've started exercising and eating healthy food, Now I weight 75 Kg/165 lbs, and I'm 178 cm / 5'10".

I started getting laser recently to remove my facial hair. I just had the second treatment done. But apparently it'll take about another 4 until it's all gone, with treatments about 4 weeks apart. So in the meantime, I'm looking for a way to get rid of my beard shadow.

RANT INCOMING

I used to identify as a femboy in my teens. It was just the way I felt like being. It used to get me lots of attention from girls and other cute femboys. None of that really seems to be much of a reason not to... The article even says for blood clots that even though the risk increases it still doesn't outweigh the risks, both physically and psychologically, of not treating with HRT. I think this is more a case of believe what you want to believe but I'd rather take HRT than wake up every day wishing I had
