The way I've heard it is cycle if you want less emotional stuff, otherwise you get more physical effect if you don't.

I, and a few others that I've heard from, notice a sharp increase in growth when stopping the progesterone, but notice a longer but more substantial growth when continuing it again. It's worth trying. Progesterone also makes you lethargic and horny, so you don't want those side effects all the time.
