To be fair, she doesn't really look like a man. She kind of just looks like a cis woman who had way too much plastic surgery. I work in an upscale area of Atlanta, and at least 1/5 of the cis women I see look just as alien-ish. As long as she's not super tall or has a man voice, she should pass just fine.
