I do suitability reports for retirement products mainly, basically I write letters explaining to rich old people how they should spend their savings, what pension products/investments/insurances they should take out, its dull as fuck but the salaries are good, office is quiet and its not massively challenging.

I get left alone to do my work and its not a competitive or high stress environment, it is comfy.

The company is a large multinational and they have a pretty positive attitude towards LGBT people.

All my work needs to be signed off by a fully qualified financial advisor(havent completed my exams yet) before it can go out to clients, but I do get quite a lot of freedom to do the work myself within our company guidelines. Generally we will complete a fact find and get all the clients financial info so they are very specific.

I am in a small satellite office in a town centre(head office is a glass skyscraper, never been there though) with just a few people and I can work from home as well, its very friendly but not very social really
