It's because you're not really a girl. Deep down inside you know that you arn't really trans and you transitioned because it was trendy or some other superficial reason. That's why you're afraid. You're not comfortable as a girl and never will be.

You love your deep man. Being a man doesn't cause you disphoria. You loved being a man and are just running from your problems. A true tranny would do everything in her power to suppress her manly voice while you embrace it.

OP would lose said insecurity if they just acted like themselves and talked like a girl, but they are not a girl.They are a man. Cleary they are insecure about talking like a girl because it's not who they are, it's fake and forced. Most men with high pitched voices are insecure too, just like OP. OP should be more open to talking like a girl if they were truly trans.

I've seen this in many 'tru-trans' individuals. These are the ones who end up detransitioning. Anything beyond taking magic girl pills is impossible for them. It's too hard, they don't like it or are unnaturally uncomfortable. OP will be a hon or a boy, only time will tell.
