Is there anything that can be done besides heavy surgery to fix a male hairline?
I have the same hairline as this guy, the hair is recending a bit and i'm worried it will made it harder to be cute (I'm a femboy). Anything can be done?

I'm seriously interested in this as well.

Mine grew in more with HRT. I never even noticed I had hair loss until some of the hair grew back. Cause other than right at my temples my hair was thick as fuck.
I'm pretty sure there's an over the counter drug that can reverse or at least slow balding if taken early enough. Try googling that, I remember reading about it a few weeks ago.

You're probably thinking of minoxidil (rogaine). It's pretty effective if you're also on fina and hrt cause then it's at least permanent effects
Your femboy years are over without an intact hairline

Most guys get that temple recession pretty early in life. It's not necessarily hair shedding it's just your forehead changing shape and expanding.

Why wouldn't they just do a bit more and make that hairline actually round

possible reason
>forehead muscle - position you can't implant on it - it looks retarded when you speak.
>forehead shape - round hairline works only on round heads.
>side hairs are much more worth covering than top hairs
I had the same problem OP. Started hormones a year ago. Hair grew back in. Hairline dropped a bit. I still have a widows peak. But its a reasonable height.
If you start too late though the hair won't grow back because there is a huge difference between a thinning and a dead hair cell.

How late is too late?

It just depends.
