Explain your situation better
All you've said is that you feel like you should be a woman. So at this point you have a few choices:
1) Decide that you want to be a woman and transition - diy or informed consent. If you are not a man and are a woman then you become one physically. Makes sense?
2) You want to be a woman but at the same time you don't want to transition for whatever random and arbitrary reason. So you go to a therapist, you don't go there wearing women's clothes and makeup and you are gatekept for a few years. Until eventually you tick enough boxes in the therapist's mind and he/she suddenly decides you should be allowed to transition (at this point your body will be even more masculine and you will have less chances of passing)
3) You want to be a woman but you are too afraid so you repress your feelings. And then you either have a breakdown and transition eventually or successfully repress all your life and be slightly unhappy but still satisfied.

In general girls want to be girls and boys want to be boys. If you are truly trans it would totally make sense that you want to be a girl and be cute and feminine cause that what girls are like and you are one. Transitioning isn't a guaranteed thing and takes work, but just like anything worth it in life you won't get what you want for free. If you want to look cuter and girly then hormones will do exactly that. Just know that it will take work to get where you want to be but imo it's totally worth it. In general some of things they'll ask you to test your legitimacy would be like:

>have you ever fantasized about sex?

And depending on your answers you may or may not be gatekept for several years based on those. So if you can pony up say, the $2-3k it takes to order your first round of blockers and HRT that might be the best route. But that also depends on how you answered the above questions.
