I can see what you mean, I'm not sure if its visible in those pictures but in reality I have actually got very large, wide, high cheekbones but I still have a lot of fat accumulating around my jaw. So yes, there does tend to be a dip between the cheek bone and the jaw bone where the fat just can't fill in.

Do you think that time on HRT will help to fill in the gap? I'm not particularity sold on fillers.
