I don't know any face surgeons but the difference you're seeing is camera trickery. Her face is virtually indistinguishable from the first frame, which includes lighting and an angle almost purposefully chosen to highlight every disgusting detail vs. the final frame which has even lighting, makeup, a more flattering hairstyle, and is taken at a different angle.
