No. If the actual flaws in your face that make it look male are fixed, but you still have expanded facial planes, you'll just look like a woman with wide cheekbones and such.

You should seriously give up, sorry to say. 10 years of hormones and two rounds of FFS and I am still unpassable entirely due to my large skull and broad cheeks/face. The only time I pass is at night or when wearing sunglasses which cover the majority of my face.

If I knew back then what I knew now I wouldn't have transitioned. Living as a hon is no life at all

That isn't expanded facial planes, though, the jaw is just fucking huge. If the facial features were closer together, it would look very weird. The head and skull itself is also small in proportion to the body size, which means the brain is most likely underdeveloped.

Yes. I have permanent nerve damage in my chin which means I can't feel my lower lip and my smile is crooked, and he basically did the complete opposite of what I wanted him to do with my nose and now it looks completely fucked. FFS has improved my look overall, but hasn't made me passable.
