Flax lignans can lower testosterone. Most studies have shown it lowers it by around 5-25% in men, even higher in women though. It's recommended men with prostate issues take lignan supplements.

Are you not able to get regular HRT though? Simply lowering T by a bit isn't going to make you that fem unless you're megadosing on certain phytoestrogen extracts.

idk I googled it and a load of people on honforum.net said that it had noticeable effects after drinking 2-4 cups a day for a few weeks. Probably placebo

If you don't have money you're certainly not going to be able to feminize much with phyto's. You'd have to consume quite a bit of them. Ultimately the cheapest way is buying bulk powdered extracts, usually just from chinese chemical companies on aliexpress and such. It's 'cheap' but still costs money.
But just buying stuff from the drug store won't work, you want the chemicals inside the plants.

I've been drinking a lot of spearmint and some licorice too while I wait for a letter for HRT
Haven't noticed many effects. Maybe decreased libido but I'm not sure. Maybe some slight effects to do with less body hair growth.

Even HRT doesn't decrease body hair too much. Mostly just makes it grow slower. A lot of body hair depends on your race. Like indian girls often have hairy feet, hairy knuckles, etc. Italians and arabs tend to be really hairy as well.

idk about skin changes because I tend to avoid looking at mirrors. and decreased libido maybe. that's pretty much it.
