You are cute for sure. Probably will need FFS tho, depends on how well your male skull cooperates with transitioning. Brow ridge is obscured by huge eyebrows, which wont look as good when you start trying to look like a woman. Nose looks a bit robust. Impossible to tell how much better your chin and jaw will look after more time on HRT and how well your hair will grow out.
