Sounds good! But the lack of practice shows.. :3c but it's not detrimental. Just keep at it.

you sound like my sister, bretty gud
>>
>>8300454

So why do the voice threads keep getting made with the same picture?
>>
>>8300679
Because I keep making them specifically to get a large number of replies by being able to post my voice first
>>
When you guys make these voice threads you should suggest a paragraph of something we should say.

Here is a spliced conversation I had over the phone. I'm sure I just sound like an effeminate fruitcake, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Idk if that person is a pre-transition transwoman but damn it sounded good, would rate 10/10 if on this thread

You sound male, but your close. I would try raising the pitch a little.

>>8300657
You sound female to me.

>>8300918
This one confuses me, but it's very nasally and leaning towards male.

>>8302843
You sound fine, I don't think you sound nasally at all.

>>8302960
You sound male. I hope you figure everything out anon. :(

>>8302688
You sound creepy, depressing, and male. Whispering obviously makes you sound slightly more feminine, but only practicing a whisper won't help you. I recommend practicing at a regular speaking voice, even if you think it sounds bad at first. I'm sorry if that sounds harsh :(

>>8303411
You sound female most of the time, but you do occasionally slip into a male voice. I'm not sure if most people would clock you for an occasional slip up. But consistency is your only problem.

If you do have some technique advice that could make a huge difference, then go ahead.

>>
>>8303877
Did male puberty ruin your reading comprehension too? I said that two of them sounded female. There are also plenty of trans women with female sounding voices, so male puberty definitely doesn't ruin your voice forever. I'm sorry your voice sucks, but the entire point of this thread is to get feedback. You can fix your voice if you put some effort in, I recommend doing that instead of fixating on what puberty did to you.

>>
>>8303936
>You can fix your voice if you put some effort in
You can't. Once your voice deepens for good it will never go higher than a tobacco-ruined 50 year old woman's voice.
>>
>>8303960
>hasn't heard of falsetto

you don't know what you're talking about
>>
>>8303967
Because everyone knows that real women always talk with falsettos right?
>>
>>8303960
That's just not true. Plenty of people are able to manipulate/train their voices, and not everyone's voice deepens the same amount during puberty, and even in the worst cases surgery is an option. Again, I'm sorry that you sound like a man. I think you should fix it, but that's your choice. I hope you enjoy being a victim for the rest of your life.
>>
>>8303646
>You sound female most of the time, but you do occasionally slip into a male voice. I'm not sure if most people would clock you for an occasional slip up. But consistency is your only problem.
Thanks for the feedback. Could you tell me what points in the clip I slipped up? Your voice sounds amazing, so I trust your input!

who cares what real women talk with?
the point is to sound feminine.
have you ever heard marilyn monroe talk?
and yet millions of men wanted to fuck her.
stop being a negative nellie and shitting on everyone's parade.
just because you sound like a 50 year old smoker and you're too lazy to try to change that doesn't mean everyone is like you.
>>
>>8304016
If you genuinely believe that speaking with a falsetto is a way of fixing your voice, then there's no hope for you
>>
>>8303999
>Your voice sounds amazing
Thank you!

I think the only time you really slipped into definite maleness was around 50 seconds in. You did a few other times for like a millisecond or so each time. Those won't really get you clocked though. I'd also recommend that you work on speaking more confidently, because your voice comes across as very nervous.

But yeah, thanks for all the feedback.

I've been trying to raise my pitch but I've had trouble doing so. I've just started singing lessons so hopefully that helps.

Thank you for the input :)

>>

Even for the low effort one?

I can't do much about the "background noise", or "hoarseness", but I'm trying to get more variance and feminine speaking patterns.
>>
>>8304440
Why does everyone keep telling me that I am repressing?
>>
>>8304477
your vocal variety and speaking pattern sounds pretty natural to me, actually.

I only nitpicked your vocal fry because it was the only thing that stood out to me when I listened.
you sound like one of my classmates irl
