forgot to answer the second question, metoidioplasty doesn't sever any nerves so no sensation is lost. after scrotoplasty you sometimes have numbness around where the scrotum is stitched together but not the whole sack.

testosterone causes the clitoris to enlarge, and meta just severs a ligament to allow it to be more far forward and stitches up labia around it. you can also get a mons reduction/resection so it's higher up like a natal penis.

I'm on Medicare and doctors in the USA can decide to take or not to take that insurance. I found a endocrinologist and top surgeon who took Medicare and got those taken care of already. I can go out of state for SRS since Medicare is federal not state specific insurance.
