If you workout your core it'll bring in your rib cage. Assuming you do the correct exercises.
Even on men it works. Arnold Schwarzenegger was said to have a "natural corset" due to how tiny he strength trained his waist to be.
You're on estrogen so you're not going to gain much muscle anyway so you might as well do it. There's also of course real corsets if you know how to sew them yourself or have the cash to pay a corsettier

I'm ftm and been on T for almost 2 years. Ive been doing sit ups every day and some planks. Stopped drinking pop completely. Ride an exercise bike for 30mins minimum most days a week. I do pullups/chinups regularly. Been doing all this for exactly 1 month and i haven't lost even 1 pound or lost any noticeable fat. I'm getting so pissed off.

Wear a corset. If you wear it just tight enough that its constricting but not so tight that it damages your internal organs it will give you a nice waist.

It's called waist training and bunch of cis women do it too, there was even that cis woman that wanted to have like 16 or 18 inch waist so she wore a really tight corset all the time. You don't have to go that far since you need just a bit of curve inwards.
