Am 19yr old MTF about to start HRT and i was wondering if there's a way that HRT might affect my shoulders or if i should just kms

whats your shoulder width

Only if it's muscle. Otherwise, bone doesn't get affected at all.

About 15 or 16 inches i think. How fucked am I?

Bideltoid or biacromial?
Starting HRT removed muscles there for me, lost about 2 cm width in the first month

I don't really know what you mean. I just measured them shoulder to shoulder, if that helps

That is a relief. I mean there's some muscle, i used to do a lot of lifting back when i still had a job. So I'm relieved that the muscle part will go away

Biacromial is from shoulder bone to shoulder bone, while bideltoid is from one end (including the arm) to the other. Generally, if you're comparing your visible shoulder breadth (especially when hips are involved), you want to measure bideltoid.
15-16 inches is upper female range for bideltoid, but fairly average for males for biacromial.

Then i have 15-16 inches bideltoid. Still it's good to hear that i'm still in the female range. Thanks

Remember tho, YMMV, I had good results Imo ( I mean, I dont think hip tilting thing happening in the first month is common, for example).

Well, here's hoping my genetics are decent
