I don't know. The last group of psychologists I spoke to did guess I was trans by the start of our fourth and final session, but I was intentionally dropping a trail of bread crumbs with them. They also referred me to a psychologist who ran some psychological tests where one of the results basically called me a tranny in Freudian psych lingo. That psychologist did figure me out, but I don't know if she didn't report the results of the test to that group of psychologists before I went in to see them the last time.

The first psychologist I saw, years before all of the others, also didn't make any comments on me being trans in my medical records. He did diagnose me with generalized anxiety disorder in my records, which he didn't tell me during our sessions. Instead he told me I might be somewhere on the autism spectrum, but didn't note it in my records. I did get the impression he thought I hadn't actually gotten out what was bothering me when we talked, but not that he knew what it was. The thing is that apparently my records were 16 pages long, and I did get 16 sheets of paper, but one of the sheets was just a receipt, so I feel like I'm missing a page.
