Anybody that thinks that either doesnt live in the USA or doesnt leave their house. There are huge differences county to county forget state to state.

I recently traveled to South Carolina to meet a trans girl I met here and as a northerner I noticed quite a few things that were different than what I see back home in Illinois or even in the Midwest in general. There are also stark differences I see in say DuPage county Illinois where I hang out sometimes and say Piatt county Illinois where my grandmother lives.... truly different worlds.

So when people are trying to explain the hardships they are facing in their community dont just write them off saying there is no difference. Do you seriously believe a kid in his situation gets treated the same way by the community if they live in Sunnyvale California vs some podunk little town in North Georgia?

Ehhhh well you sound like you are still quite young my friend. I am more experienced and approach matters of love with caution. If I am going to settle down with someone and give her "girlfriend" status its not something I take lightly.

Yea Champaign-Urbana is the most liberal place in Illinois south of I-80. Hillary Clinton only carried 4 counties in Illinois south of I-80 and she carried Champaign county by the highest margin.
