For now I pass if I wear my big girl glasses, scarf, long hair plus andro clothes. Done laser hair removal so rest of face is fine, just kind of skinny in the face. It is round shaped, but not much fat so look kind of gaunt. Gotta wait a while for fat distribution to mass without pretty much covering half my face.

I work as a photo "specialist" for my local Walgreens and it's the ones screaming about their meds and throwing fits that I hate the most, the weirdo regulars stop phasing you at all after a while. Granted, I don't deal directly with them, but I'd assume it's the same for the pharmacy technicians.

I think it comes from literally every member of my family behaving this way all my life. Both parents, 6 siblings, all screech at the slightest bit of discomfort.
I think any sane human being would detest this behaviour, but I am especially sensitive to it.

And most of it is shit that we literally cannot do anything about. If your prescription ran out, they can't just give you more because you yelled at them. They can't give you meds for free no matter how crappy your insurance is being, and they certainly can't give you free methadone with no prescription (real example, fyi).
