If you really want to get money from shilling, your best bet would be to get famous. Not "celebrity" famous. More like "small youtuber" famous, or at the very least, "well liked in a community" famous.
If you do though, definitely try to be humble about it. People don't like giving away money, so just saying something along the lines of "you don't have to, but it's there if you'd like to help" is your best bet.

Pretty sure it's free, but maybe it costs the hospital about that much... I think it's about double that though.
When you remove premium fees for private care, everything becomes way way cheaper. Surgeons take like, $5k an hour (but lots of that goes to the hospital I guess).
