HRT and feels

I was sobbing last year watching Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, ffs. Sobbing, not just tears. Definitely not my baseline. There were some other things that probably contributed to that, but still.

I mean I have never like sobbed, the tears sort of just fall down my face silently, but there are lots of them.

3 months hrt, I've stopped crying completely. I just get sort of numb and depressed all the time now.

I've heard people on HRT getting really emotional about every 28 days, almost like a period. Is this true? If so it's a bit fucked up.

3 months HRT here. My situation is similar. Even before I started, the right book or movie or song could make me cry. But I don't feel like a lot more than I did before. The real difference is that crying feels different now. It comes easier, but it also goes faster, and I feel better a lot sooner after I'm done.
So even though I cry a little more often, I wouldn't say that it has gotten worse.

I feel like my emotions are pretty much the same.
I've cried at sad movies since childhood, and I still get angry/depressed about the same.

I like crying. I can't wain until I cry everyday.

I don't know how I feel about crying. I think I would feel better if it felt okay to tear up? As it is I really cry very little, and when I do I feel pathetic and weak. Truly crying rips me up inside, but has a powerful relieving factor that is chathartic. I feel like a battered woman who gets roses and foundation the next day.

HRT has definitely made my emotions even more intense the past few years, both good ones and bad ones. But since I hate myself I'm slightly masochistic on a psychological level, so when I feel suicidal I just tell myself to continue forward so I get to suffer more to snap out of it.
