I am in the process of are lasering my beard.

Your nose and chin seem fine. I can't see your brow. Speaking as someone who had chin surgery, don't do it unless you absolutely need it. My chin definitely looks more fem than it did, but I'm starting to fear it may be permanently "uncomfortable". Stretching nerves and numbness are made out to be uncommon, but they still happen and affect your life more than you may realise.

Thin lips is a thing in my family unfortunately, all the women are cursed with it. Believe it or not mine are bigger than most. I'm not sure its worth changing them though. As for the eyebrows that's the best I can do, the left one just naturally sits a lot higher than the right and has a better arch to begin with. I could possibly get it raised, but again I don't know if its worth it.

My body isn't particularly good at holding on to fat, I eat way more than I should and barely gain a thing; I'm doing weights for my lower body due to this, I figure muscle will help compensate but it's hard to find exercises that don't effect the upper body too.

If you wouldn't mind answering another question, is there anything you can recommend? So far I do lunges and squats with 40kgs of weight on the bar (positioned over my shoulders), I feel like this works my back too much, but dumbells were working my shoulders significantly more.
