Why? Most (if any) intersex people don't have a functioning penis and vagina. It's usually a variation of one or the other and can sometimes be pretty disgusting looking.

Listen, man. People call us "it" derogatorily because they can't tell what we are. It stings pretty bad.

I mean, if you respect ~their pronouns~ or whatever, power to you. Just calling us "it" strikes a personal chord. Call me triggered if you'd like, but I'd advise against it.
