my hips are kind of narrow at the moment though, so alot of that number is my butt.

my cis-sister is 5'9", c-cup, with a 25" waist. i dont know her hip measurement, but she has an hourglass figure.

but anyway, yes, if my hips were wider my waist wouldnt look as bad.
