I didn't say anything about you needing a clinical diagnosis of gender dysphoria to access hormones or surgery. I'm perfectly okay with the informed consent model for that. But a layperson is not qualified to diagnose mental disorders.

i am trans myself and i dont have any mental problem, it depend in each person. Some Trans Guys take gym so much serious to hide their curves, and some trans girls make dangerous surgeries, but me no. I accept my body, and i know i can do some changes at the time, BTW i am a transman with femenine hobbies, like make up, and sometimes with "femenine" expresions. IDK.
