It isn't about phobia or being bothered.
It is about what translators are available and how much is it going to cost and who is paying for the translator.
If you are paying for the translation of yourself then you can choose who you want to translate you.
If you leave it up to (((someone else))) to do then they are going to choose whoever meets their requirements which may be different than your own.
