2) be at peace with yourself physically. do the physical activity you want, be it just walking or running decathlones. also look the way you want and dress how you want.

4) date: do fun things with other people. eat nice food, watch movies, go out and buy ice cream, etc.

you can get on your feet even if you're at total zero right now.
