Well the rub is that in its current form, the AHCA doesn't shut down ACA coverage, it just gives each state that option.
Conservative states are more likely to pursue that opportunity. So I would imagine that trans people covered by the ACA in such places are more likely to lose coverage.
But the most vulnerable LGBT people are the ones on HIV and AIDS medications, treatments that you can't choose to live without.
