Two and a half months. I'm going slow to avoid rebound. I'm still eating a bit of everything and even allowing myself some minor treats (hard to be too strict when you're still living with family anyway), I mostly reduced my portions and started exercizing again.
Right now I do one hour of exercize every day (indoor bike and rower) and also swim three times a week for an additional hour each time.

I got down to 60kg last year within 10 days from I think 74kg. My weight is normally between 65 and 75kg depending on if I'm eating that month or not.

I wish I had your mentality to be healthy. Living a healthy balanced life is so much more important than dieting and exercising to achieve a body goal, because once you hit that goal you keep pushing it until it becomes unhealthy.
