I was at 4mg estrace/estradiol and bumped it up to 6mg estrofem/estradiol hemihydrate for a few days, will go back to 4mg estrace and then 2mg estrofem.
4mg estradiol I don't really feel anything, just dead inside, usual day to day stuff. 6mg I have breakdowns every other day and cry a lot. But it does feel nice to feel things again.

Yeah I just eat when I wake up everyday.
I was doing fasts that where a lot longer than that when I was really fat but now i'm totally fine losing weight slower. You can also do 16/8 when you eat everything within a 8 hour window then fast for 16 hours but doing that I tend to just snack so I keep it to one meal it works really good for me.
