Both male and female describe a biological reality. Nothing else is necessary, unless you want to come up with a gender for the tiny percent of the population that has something other than XX, or XY chromosomes.

People can be in many places along the spectrum. I don't really get why we need more labels than male, female, and non-binary, but people should live their lives however they want.

People should spend less time worrying about what's in the pants of people they aren't trying to sleep with.
