As a bi guy my priority is:

Then comes all the little details like body defects, kinks, habits, etc, all the shit that you learn about a person slowly and you're either ok with it or you aren't.
For me it's a constant "balance" between personality and looks.
Both are needed to fuck, or start a relationship, but when i simply see a hot guy i've never been like "i'd start a relationship with that guy" or VERY RARELY have i ever said "i'd have sex with that guy".
