That's PTSD for ya... Get into therapy, and figure out your triggers. The do EMDR on them. Look for a therapist who specializes in trauma therapy, and knows EMDR. Take notes on all the times you get triggered and have flashbacks. That can be used during EMDR to make it more effective.
