Go to London and try there? Big city, people won't know you well enough to spread shit, lousy with gay bars, only an hour or two away from you. Downside is that hotel rooms are invariably going to be expensive AND shitty, sometimes literally, and anyone who lives there is likely to be a left-wing nutcase who won't shut the fuck up about it.
