Yeah, relativity has obvious limits, but to compare paedophile acceptance with not blindly refusing the existence of another political viewpoint is not exactly a good idea. Neither of them are objectively evil, but you can argue against both of them if you are lucid and self reflective enough, hence why a lot of people end up as liberal. But that doesn't mean there's not any merit in these two 'extreme' outlier points - for instance, communists have an unquestioning belief that people are equal, which is an admirable egalitarian stance (I disagree with it). National socialism believes in a benevolent ruler held in check by a council of advisors, much like the Romans, and individual liberty to the sweat of their own brow, but free from the greed of the big banks, which I personally sympathise with.

Don't blindly shut out one or the other without weighing it up fairly - WW2 Nazis are not the only national socialists, just like Stalin wasn't the only communism, and it was snubbed pretty quickly by the Allies, who were doing some pretty comparably evil shit too (it was the 40s and wartime, after all).

Be intellectually honest and don't go by feelings, and you'll arrive at what you really believe. Being counterculture doesn't mean you're an edgy punk looking to be cool, you might have arrived there by reasonable logic, and without hate for anyone in your heart, except for those who prey on the common man.

I believe what I do because it makes sense. The philosophy behind it was learned from books, it rang true the more I looked at the world. Sure, I've subjected myself to the possibility of other forms of governing and philosophy but none of them hold a candle to it.
Reality is setting in, people who were ostracized for their political opinions due to history are now being given a second glance instead of automatically deemed irredeemable monsters.
If you do it simply to look cool, yes, you're a FUCKING moron, I can agree with that.
But I do it because I love my people, I want to protect them, I want to serve a purpose that leads them to a better tomorrow. While it's methods can be seen as cruel, is nature not cruel? It is nature that divided us, made us evolve differently from one another. To be condemned for doing what is correct, what is needed, is something people have done for centuries. Political correctness is notthing new, it is the tool of the misguided to feed a moral superior high.
The desire for devotion to such a way of life may come as an alien concept to you and I can certainly sympathize with that, you either don't fully understand or this way of living just isn't for you, not everyone is cut out for it. I only wish that maybe one day you can see what I see, that you can be selfless enough, strong enough, to find your place, to contribute to this brighter future in your own way.
