I didn't lose any height. I MIGHT, however, have had my feet shrink a bit though. Or maybe I always had badly fitted shoes and I never noticed it before.

I'm gonna be called honscientist here for this, but I swear I lost 2 or 3 centimeters. It's almost nothing, but I guess it might be muscle mass loss. I'm sure my skeleton is the same.

Fat redistribution could lower total like max one centimeter, if even that.
You're more likely to drop from backbone operations or such.

Yeah, you can adjust posture, but sadly height is pretty unfixable.
Tbqh the unpassingly tall thing is a meme. It's all about presentation--and it's harder to pass tall.
I went from a size 13wide(men's) to a 9wide (men's), or a 10wide(women's) in about 8 months. So like, I had some changes there

Hormones, the muscles change and realign the pelvis.

You should be more hopeful about feet shrinking than height but from what I've seen that could just be a meme too though there are way too many anecdotes of it happening.

No. It's just the ligaments moving around and loosening. Might be less responsive when you're older though.
