Hey LGBT,
Tomorrow I have my first appointment with a doctor to explain that I'm trans. The idea is to get referred to a gender clinic (specifically Sandyford, if an one here is Scotland based)
What should I say to make this happen? How should I explain dysphoria to them to convince them im a trutrans? I just want to know how to get referred as quickly as possible (need those mones).
Thanks!
You should tell them exactly how YOU feel.

this is how you get rejected
pic related, do this instead

Well if you're sure you're trutrans just tell them how you feel. If you aren't trutrans you have to lie.

I'm more looking to know exactly what they want to hear. I'm not looking to have someone confirm i experience dsyphoria, i just want to get referred so i can be on estrogen as fast as possible.

now see if you're not actually trans and you realize this later it's going to be a pretty huge mistake
Alright, I'll just humor you OP, but honesty with doctors will always last you longer.
You ARE a girl, you don't feel like one or want to be one. You've known this for a very long time.
You do not feel at home in a male role, repressing feels like a big dishonest act and this is very stressing for you, get ready to give examples of situations where this manifests for you.
This has made you feel depressed or otherwise incapable of functioning like normal, the biggest reason for this is always dysphoria.
Don't know how seriously Scotland looks at suicide thoughts, but this may actually halter the process for you if they decide to give you specific treatment and sessions for this. If you ARE suicidal, go ahead, but never lie about this one.
General self-harm or thoughts is finer, though. Like saying you develop destructive behavior to punish yourself or feel the urge to cut off peen.
Your long term plan for this is full transitioning, everything included. You are not afraid of being judged by others, you are not going to stop committing to this. You are 100% sure this is what you must do.
hmmmm
