Not her, but TERF-anon, that's not how it works. When a tranny gets clocked, she can usually tell very easily (weird looks or stares, being treated differently from other women, etc.). Very rarely does getting clocked result in verbal misgendering or harassment (only full-fledged hons tend to get sir'd, for example). You can just tell if you are, plain and simple.

is it weird that my "male" puberty didn't hit me until age 15-16 so when I started hrt at 18 for me it was more like starting at the 10-14 stage? Unless you're starting HRT before male puberty really kicks in or way into your middle age, passing is 60% genes, 20% effort, 20% age. I've seen people who start at 25-30 and are still able to pass with HRT and facial hair removal, and people who are 15 and already fucked beyond salvation by testosterone.
Basically, I'd split it like that:
10-14 - will pass almost definitely
15-19 - will pass unless male puberty has hit you really, really hard
20-35 - moderate chance at passing if you're not unlucky and are willing to put some effort in you appearance(hair removal, a bit of makeup, fitting clothes).
35+ - almost guaranteed hon tier
