Well I didn't mean to be exactly at the max (30 inches). You should strive to be lower than that and 43 inch hips wouldn't look good with a waist that's like 29 inches. I've seen transwomen like that.

Idk about height cuz these are general measurements for transwomen and are totally not ideal measurements or cis tier, so height wouldn't really matter.
Try to keep a BMI under 23, bigger than that would cause your measurements to be bigger.

I think that's unrealistic for the general transgender population. I'm 32" and even I seem to be in the middle or slightly below average.

Just where are you pulling these numbers from as an early transitioner? At your height, it's strange for you to even have numbers for normal height cis women, let alone trans women usually at least a SD of height above them.

See, this is already what I'd call 'cis tier', because a big part of the population of cis females, doesn't even have these kind of measurements.

Also, the same cis women who have a 32 inch waist and 34 inc ribcage, don't have a BMI lower than 23. They may pass as females with those measurements, but that doesn't mean you as a transwomen will.

Also, I got these ranges from just observing most healthy/skinny cis women and their measurements vs the general average. Even though my measurements are extremely different from the cis female average (mine are much smaller), doesn't mean I am not able to understand. >>8142365

I'm 5'3" and my rib cage is like 28.5 inches (though I have a lot of muscle in my upper body I'm gonna lose soon) which is slightly above average.
31-32 inches won't get you caught but if you start to go higher then you need to be a giant(ess) for it to make sense with your height.

I'm not overweight but I'm in the process of losing 15 pounds. Being under five feet tall is real cool because you can pull off petite well, life expectancy and the novelty, but it's less practical otherwise and 5'3" isn't much of a damper on life expectancy. I'm more interested in hips than chest.

You can't. If you're on HRT and your hips haven't seen growth in a year, slim chance they'd grow I think. Your only option is to do corsetry to make your waist smaller so your hips stand out more.

Hii, your measurements def will improve don't worry. Calculate your bone/body frame (look it up on google) and if you have a small one, there will probably be a huge difference depending on how 'fat' you are. If you have a medium one expect 4-6 inch difference and a large one expect 2-4 inch difference.
