The more complex drug tests also test for benzos, opioid like compounds and amphetamine like compounds. PED tests have a specific list of metabolites they are looking for that correspond to a given banned substance.

PED testing is somewhat convoluted when it comes to endogenous (in the body naturally) substances. You generally have to establish baselines for things like Testosterone, HGH, etc to determine what the "normal" levels are for a given person. Then there are guidelines as to what would be considered "abnormal" for a given person.... which again does not necessarily prove PED abuse.

Now with all of that said no one considers Estrogen to be a performance enhancing drug so unlike Testosterone you will probably never be tested for it. Your chance of getting "caught" through a "drug" test is virtually 0.
